Well, when you call a business like SERVPRO, you are rarely documenting with pics, right?. Had an issue with a client rental. Called Doug at SERVPRO of West Pasco. He put me in touch with reception who scheduled me IMMEDIATELY. Turns out it is a big issue & before committing or presenting an invoice, the technician, Steve, had an analyst onsite within 24 hours! Michelle Spencer was professional and walked me through everything. They were here on time and asked me if I was okay with everything before they even started working and if anything additional came up they contacted me and notified me along with explain in detail the issue.
