Michelle was an amazing help. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel more at ease going through such a hectic issue with the water damage. She calmed my every fear of possible mold and made herself available day and night to answer any questions. I truly felt like she cared. SERVPRO has been great to work with. I have appreciated the care they have demonstrated in their customer service.

Leah was very patient and understanding; Michelle was amazing! We had been told the ceilings and walls were dry. Rather, Michelle tested and found that we were “saturated” in several places: guest room, kitchen, and dining room. They brought the equipment necessary to dry out my home; came and checked progress every day; and stayed with the job until we measured “dry.” It was very reassuring to have professionals take care of the water from the roof. Michelle returned after the storm and checked for moisture. Sadly, we still have leaks from the roof, but I am confident that SERVPRO will dry out my home again. I highly recommend SERVPRO.

Initially I had a leak in my bathroom causing damage requiring a professional water mediation service to dry out the area before repairing the floor, vanity, walls and ceiling. I had used this service at my prior residence and was very happy with their work. I received updates on when work could be done and at points workers came in earlier than scheduled appointments. They did over and above in their competency, very friendly and I would highly recommend them for any remediation/remodeling jobs from start to finish.

In the midst of a terrible water damage incident, we spoke to 3 different Restoration Companies. SERVPRO was our 3rd estimate and evaluation of damages. Hands down SERVPRO was the most professional with attention to detail that others missed. Their description of work to be done and the process of work was conservative with intention not to do more destruction than was necessary and still be thorough ("Like it never even happened"). That was a priority of ours. Even in the midst of the pandemic they managed scheduling challenges as best they could. Precautions were taken to keep themselves and our home in the most minimal risk situation possible. The crew at SERVPRO honestly seemed intent on making sure the job was done right and that we were as comfortable as possible with them being in our home. SERVPRO showed up within hours of the request to dry 3 rooms and a hallway after a shut off valve failed. The rapid response and deployment of the necessary drying equipment (12 pieces in all) minimized the damage. The repairs were well done, the thoroughness of the report and pace of drying made selling the property as if the leak had never occurred.
